Here's the perfect game for kids...

Okay, Star Wars: The Clone Wars Lightsaber Duels is out for Wii for now and here's the long version of the commercial that fits the demographic of kids and Star Wars fans. If there was a Wii game I would buy this holiday season (not Wii Music or Animal Crossing: City Folk, out on Sunday), it might be this one just for the laughs and see little cousins, nephews, and nieces have fun with it. Of course, I don't think it is a good game at all, but it will sell for a Wii game this holiday. Plus, people that buy this game might as well also buy the third-party lightsaber attachment, which I saw at GameStop when I was getting Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts today (which I'm currently enjoying - Rare's humor and references to their previous days and other games is top notch). Sure, that thing might be silly, but might as well make the lightsaber experience a little more accurate.

Off-topic stuff...
  • The XBLA version of Banjo-Kazooie is pretty good so far despite some slowdown. I can't believe I still remember this game 10 years ago especially the first two worlds.
  • The intro for Nuts & Bolts is pretty awesome - my favorite moment so far.
  • Gears 2 review maybe tomorrow.
  • I'm currently watching Ninja Warrior 21 on G4 now (Yes, this show is awesome and it is a set of new episodes).
